The apartment will have four distinct zones, the Kitchen, the living room, the bedroom and the Bathroom as you can see in the blueprint. Adding that, there are two balconies on TOP of the street where you will for sure have great relaxation moments.
It’s locatted in “Ribeira”, a zone that was classified has World Heritage in 1996. In Ribeira you will be at walking distance from all the Porto Centre zone.
You will be charged a 50% prepayment of the total price at any time.
Security deposit
A security deposit of EUR 200/400 (up to 4/8 persons respectively) can be required upon arrival.

6 % VAT is included. A City tax may be applicable.
